The worst hotel we have ever stayed at, food left out at least 2 hours no covers open to flys no refridgeration at all, no vegetarian menu, no fish at all, only meat in stews, soap dish filthy, sheets only changed once, only 1 sheet on bed, towels changed once also threadbare, staff poor, only interested in getting your money for poor service, dispite informing them of special diet, stuck on hill couldn't walk anywhere too dangerous, had to use bus...

we are still at Longleat centre parcs (go home tomorrow) Major disappointment with the accomodation.Executive lodge we have stayed every year since centre parecs started and have been to them all but the lodge here was a disgrace stained carpets broken toilet bowl curtains falling from rails curtains 2 different lengths on the same window. No hairdryer and after 2 days was told they were waiting for delivery. We have always loved Centre...

Enjoyed 2 weeks at these apartments with my husband in June 2009. Basic but clean,(cleaned 5 times a week) friendly reception, bar staff and cleaners. If you need a kettle or toaster they are not included in room so you have to hire them. I took a travel kettle but hired a toaster for the 2 weeks - 10 euros plus 10 euros deposit. Balcony was huge with patio table and chairs. You can hire a sunbed for balcony if you want. Sun is on balconie...

My husband and I have recently come back from what I can only describe as one of the best holidays that we have EVER had, and concidering that we have been with each other for over 24 years thats not bad going! We arrived in the evening hot and slightly shattered ,but as soon as we arrived at the hotel Sierra we just could not belive how welcomed we were made to feel .We were asked by very attentive staff what we would like to drink and would we ...

If your thinking of staying at the Hotel Caraval...DON'T..!!!! Like me you read all the bad reviews of this hotel and thought, oh well maybe some people are just too fussy or they gave a bad review cause it was the end of the season. WRONG. On arrival the girl at check in tried to con us into sharing an adjoining room for our two rooms. but it only had one bathroom. when we finally got our own room keys and went in the views we had from both r...

As a 30 something lady I was looking to a nice mixture of evenings out and quiet days and I definitely got this here. Theo who runs it is an absolute gent and will go out of his way to help you with any problems. In fact all of the staff were genuinely friendly and happy to help. The apartment, though basic, was clean and had everything we needed. It was also cleaned and we were given fresh towels every other day. The pool area was beautiful and ...

I and my wife are just back from our honeymoon in Kuredu and I have been reading these reviews since I booked and feel we should give our view now. We stayed in the O’ villas for 2 weeks on the all inclusive option. (All inclusive is needed as a spirit and mixer will cost $12.50) Our flight out with Monarch was a lot of hazel, we wanted to upgrade to premier as it was our honeymoon and where unable to do this before hand with direct holiday...

My wife and i have just returned from a great week in Malta,The Qwara Palace is a nice hotel on the whole, mind you the views into the courtyard from our balcony were depressing, The entertainment at the poolside bar struggled to get out of the 1960s and the weekend was interupted by a bunch of freakisk local women who came for the three hours line dancing whilst nursing 1 beer between them. If yoy like waltzing and line dancing this is the place,...

Had a fantastic holiday at this hotel, our ist time all inclusive and it was wonderful, hotel spotless and staf could be more friendly or helpful, we are alreay booked for next year ...

The hotel and the facilities are good. The hotel is located a 15 minute taxi ride from the hotel (27 EGP) and the town itself had a reasonably good number of restaurants but they mostly did the same food for the same price. There are a few bars and you can always get a taxi back from the footbridge to the hotel (20 EGP) We had two meals at the hotel, both in the Sails restaurant by the sea. The food is very expensive and poor in terms of quali...
