Myself and my partner booked this hotel last minute with first choice, we had always wanted to visit Benidorm and thought the hotel looked nice in the travel agents. When we got home and read the reviews on here we were very worried. However, none of these reviews reflect the holiday we had. We arrived in this beautiful, clean hotel. We had a huge, spacious room which was spotless. The staff were so friendly- the entertainment team were fantasti...
went to koni village in may 08,had a great week there.first i will give the good points then the bad points. good points. koni village was about ten mins away from the beach front at stalis,so there was not much noise from the traffic ie scooters or quads. there is a beautiful view from the rooms. the rooms were spotness and the beds and linen were very clean. there was cuttery and plates etc the bars in stalis were excellent especially the slant...

I think the title of my review says it all. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this had to be THE worst! What a wasted opportunity. The Hotel is in a stunning location with stunning views but the hotel interior is just awful. The Hotel Inspector would have a field day! The entrance hall is semi-grand with a revolving door, impressive stair case and antique furniture (despite the pictures of various celebrities in Hard Rock Caf...

We read the reviews and decided to give it a go, because this was a spur of the moment holiday and this was our first Xmas without family. Apartment was clean and quite big, had kitchen facilities for SC two rings only and toaster. The crunch came at meals times the food was foul, we have been going to the canaries for almost 20 years and sometimes the food is not always up to scratch, but this hotel is the first one that we know can burn hard bo...

hi all, this hotel is fab , very nice rooms. no having to rush for a sunbed as they is plenty to go around, which is brilliant. food is fantastic. only fault i had with this hotel is the lack of entertainment. they is the same man on every single night playing an organ, its awful , honestly it is. he would better suited to the 60-70 years old age groups. if your all inclusive at this hotel , and you want to go the the beach for the day, the...
This was our first visit to the Greek Islands and we were delighted with all aspects of our holiday, starting with the exciting plane landing! We didn't expect luxury at the price we payed, but were pleasantly surprised. The apartments were clean and Filia and her family were so friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. She even cooked us a meal, when we returned at 10.30 pm one night, when the bar was empty. We went self-catering but...

we have travelled to istanbul for the new year break, the hotel website provided nice pictures, the location was good and it was too late to find a place in the hotels we were sure were good. the quality is more of a student hostel or a 2star or less. the hotel is very old which does not need to be a problem but it's main problem is that it is utterly DIRTY!! rooms, bathrooms, lobby, everything. the sink was not cleaned during the whole weekl we ...

I will start with the positive, the food is good, the staff in general are very welcoming and friendly. I am afraid that is it ! Before I address the biggest problem with the hotel, the manager, there are some smaller disappointing gripes I would like to mention, firstly there is no water with dinner or breakfast, if you want to have water with your meal and the expensive (and not particularly good) house wine you have to pay €5 a bottle. S...

The whole Thomas Cook experience was very disappointing from the very beginning to the end of the holiday. We were a family of 4 adults, 1 Child and an infant, a few days prior to our holiday we were called by Thomas Cook to tell us our Hotel had been changed from our chosen one and the letter that should have come out on the 24th November 08 had been sitting in a file, leaving us little time to do anything but accept. We received the tickets wi...
